Norfolk, Virginia is located on the East Coast, the time zone is Eastern Standard Time.  It has been a city I have called home for over 50 years.  Norfolk is home to some great places.  There is a high presence of military commands in our area with all five branches having some visibility here. 

One thing that is very noticeable is the focus on academics and sports.  Most noteable about the area are Norfolk State University (Dick Price Stadium), Old Dominion University, (S.B. Ballard Stadium) Tidewater Community College, High Schools, Middle Schools, Elementary Schools, Private Schools, Day Cares, and Gifted and Talented Schools.

There attractions that make Norfolk a popular destination by people near and far.  We have a great properties on the waterfornt:  Waterside, and Nauticus. Great shopping MacArthur Memorial Mall, Janaf Shopping Center, Southern Shopping Center, one of my mainstays over the years has been Military Circle Mall.
